Your eyebrows' shape and width can enhance your facial features as long as your brows are styled exclusively and authentically for you. The right design is capable of highlighting your best features while maintaining a natural look.
The hair strokes are drawn delicately one by one, blending in with your natural brow hair, making the distinction between one and the other nearly impossible. Because it is a procedure performed through microblading, it is not subjected to the trepidation caused by the dermograph. Each strand is manually drawn with a manual holder, also known as Tebori, guaranteeing more precision in the execution and a more realistic result.
Thinking about further optimizing the procedure's durability and a natural look, I created the Iwama Sensitive technique. My technique focuses on depositing smaller amounts of ink in the papillary dermis (first layer of the skin), resulting in a quicker, more comfortable, and practically bleeding-free procedure. While this ideal depth in the pigment implantation increases the color's durability, it also ensures your skin's health.
The procedure improves the design of any type of eyebrows, whether they do or do not have any "flaws." By filling it in, strand by strand, it is possible to correct asymmetries and balance the proportion between them, providing more harmony to your facial features.
For those who are used to wearing makeup daily to disguise imperfections or enhance their brows, the technique improves their quality of life.
The brow's design, color, and width are defined based on the brow's original appearance. Such decisions respect each face's unique proportions and skin tone. That includes current hair color that may have highlights or lowlights, requiring a mixture of ink colors to reach the most natural result possible.
Other essential points observed are the person's lifestyle, personality strengths, facial treatment routine, and the use of rejuvenating creams, for example. These points determine how I should work on each specific skin type and, through visagism techniques, how to maintain each person's style and identity.
As my technique is very delicate, my clients tend not to have redness in the area. Without redness, it is possible to see the results' quality right after the procedure. As much as it is nearly painless, I can use an anesthetic cream to ensure complete comfort during the session, which lasts from 60 to 90 minutes.
The procedure is also recommended for people who have scars, little or no brow hair, due to hormonal problems, stress, aging, or alopecia.
My technique, along with the best brands of pigments on the market, organic and inorganic, and the use of the latest technology, ensure that the eyebrows remain in the chosen tone after they heal.
All procedures are performed in a safe environment that complies with all biosafety rules stipulated by the Florida State Department of Health in the USA. Also, all material is strictly sterilized and disposable.
My office is located in a reputable medical clinic in Boca Raton, which owns all the required operating licenses. Thus, ensuring safety, transparency, and health protection for all customers and the entire team.
In the first three days, you will observe a more vivid and intense color, as if you have applied some makeup to your brows. On the fourth day, some clients notice a small amount of scabs flaking off. Others just notice the color of the pigment becoming lighter.
These changes are due to a significant increase in collagen and elastin production in the area. Within days, you will be able to see the actual color of the dermopigmentation, which in some cases, may present a loss of up to 50% of the pigment immediately after the procedure. It varies significantly from person to person. In some cases, the ink's retention on the skin is almost 100%.
The outer skin layer will heal within 5 to 7 days. Still, it may take up to 45 days or more for the inner layers to recover, depending on the client's age and metabolism. The internal skin healing process goes unnoticed, and it does not present any kind of reaction.
DURABILITY AND TOUCH-UPS
The durability is, on average, 8 to 18 months, depending on the type of skin, metabolism, habits you have, and how much you abide by the procedure aftercare guidelines.
When necessary, Touch-ups can be done after the healing process is complete, which can take from 4 to 6 weeks.
I provide aftercare instructions and specific products to hydrate the skin and to boost the healing process immediately after the procedure. The guidelines must be followed to achieve maximum results.
As much as it is a safe and effective technique, it is not recommended for:
Women who are breastfeeding;
People with uncontrolled diabetes;
People who use anticoagulant drugs;
Or people have a history of keloids.
If you have any questions, I recommend seeing your doctor to ensure that the procedure can be safely performed.
